Who handles the data

aiedge.dev is run by WebEdge, Vilnius, Lithuania. The company MB Web Edge Development is being registered; we will publish its details once it is.

What we receive

• Email: if you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, processed by our hosting and protection service (Cloudflare) to run the site and protect it from attacks.
• The site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

Why we use it

• To answer your email and discuss possible work. Basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the site secure and working. Basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who can see the data

• Cloudflare: site hosting and protection.
• Google (Gmail): the mailbox where emails arrive.

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EU using the transfer safeguards EU law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence as long as needed to reply and work together, but no longer than 24 months after the last contact. If we sign a contract, the periods set by the contract and the law apply.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@webedge.dev.

If you think we handle your data improperly, you can contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

Changes

We update this policy when the site or our tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
